I commend David Podvin for his strong support for women’s rights, however, the VAWA and the whole Family Court System is a travesty of justice. American women and for that matter, most European women enjoy tremendous freedom under the law. They can divorce at the drop of a hat and have their spouses physically removed from the house that their spouses bought and paid for. Divorce rates are 50% across the US, Australia and Europe and women are awarded custody of the children 95% of the time – regardless who the better parent is. Men are routinely thrown in jail for failure to pay unrealistic child support orders and the system patently Unconstitutional in denying men equal rights under the law. In fact the Kansas Supreme Court ruled in 1993 that a 12 year old boy raped by his 16 year old babysitter must pay child support:

If that isn’t stupid and disgusting I don’t know what is. Yes, I am all for throwing rapists in jail every time. I’m also for throwing paternity fraud women in jail for falsely accusing men of fathering their children so they can profit from State-forced garnishment of these innocent men’s wages. 3 out of 10 children born out of wedlock have fathers that are falsely reported by their mothers. And the crooked judges that support this fraud always claim that they are fostering a relationship between the falsely accused men and their non-biological children – phooey!

Bottom line, there are as many scumbag women in this world as there are scumbag men. Don’t let looks fool you, beauty is only skin-deep but ugliness is through and through.
