The best thing we have going where the courts are concerned is that the torture bill unconstitutionally strips court powers and invests them uin the executive.  While some on the Supreme Court (Scalia, Scalito, Thomas, etc.) would happily help King George deconstruct the Constitution, even they will not do so when it would result in the disvestiture of their power.  I don&#039;t think the bill has a chance to hold up.</description>
